The second absolute law of logic derives directly from the first absolute law of logic and states that:
Only intelligence is capable of creating intelligence.
According to the first absolute law of logic: Intelligence is the ability to perceive information, to organize information into knowledge and with knowledge to act.
It is the second absolute law of logic because it proves the need for existing intelligence to create new.
The first absolute law of logic refers to the intelligence's ability to perceive, organize and process information and use it to act. This is a fundamental element of intelligence and confirms that only an intelligent entity can create intelligence, because only it can perceive information, organize it into knowledge and act on that knowledge.
To create intelligence you have to perceive the information that you need to create intelligence, organize it as knowledge, and with this knowledge make something intelligent. Essentially, you have to know what you are going to make and how you are going to make it, in order to be able to make it. It takes three elements, two abilities, and one possibility.
1. To know how to build intelligence.
2. To have the ability to make intelligence.
3. To have the possibility to be able to build intelligence.
Consequently, in addition to the knowledge of how to make intelligence, you must have the manufacturing ability to make it and the possibility to make it if you have the right materials and tools. Therefore, the mechanism of life that creates life is intelligence of great knowledge capable of creating millions of different organisms, because it possesses these three important elements, verifying the first and second absolute laws of logic.
